The Nametag Puzzle

When presented with the challenge of making a hole in an index card large enough to fit my head through, I quickly realized that I must find a way of cutting the card wherein the excess would become an extention of the edge of the hole. Ofcourse this proved to be more of a challenge than I realized. After many failed attempts, I was able to find a solution with help from a classmate.
